What will you do?
• Tracking and recording the expenses accurately using appropriate software or tools.
• Analyzing cost data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Assisting in the preparation of regular cost reports for managers and senior management, providing insights into expenditure and budget performance.
• Ensure that purchasers obtain up to date and accurate prices by comparing prices against suppliers’ quotations.
• Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage cost (Actual vs. Standard) and communicating / discussing with relevant parties.
• Present a monthly report for the actual food cost to the Operations managers and executive chef, participating in stock take at the restaurants.
• Do monthly closing procedures and reports to send to the Restaurants Managers and Restaurants chefs.
• Do a monthly visit and audit in the food and beverages in the restaurant.
• Post actual stock results in the system and print inventory valuation report.
