This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals. Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance where necessary. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management. Manage and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.
