Description



Corporate Project Management:



• Administer projects including, tracking projects, planning and coordinating project scheduling, updating project calendar, establishing and maintaining the project documentation library.
• Support the project staff by facilitating project logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, etc. Taking meeting minutes and action items during meetings and performs basic follow-ups.
• Follow related instructions and make sure that all related compliance regulations and guidelines are being followed.
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, project board/senior management.
• Prepare the required power point presentations in cooperation with projects managers / owners.
• Have an effective role in all the company running projects in terms adherence with corporate standards and related policies.
• Support change & innovation; challenges the status quo, effectively contribute in influencing others (all levels of the organization) to embrace change, overcomes change resistance and seeks out outstanding ideas and implements them.

Business Development:



• Assists his/her supervisor in the establishment of corporate strategies, policies and plans, which align with government laws, regulations and standards.
• Assists his / her supervisor in Identifying potential areas of risk; engage respective departments and assist in developing and implementing process and systems for resolution of problematic issues and provide general guidance to relevant stakeholders on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future through effective communication and training.
• Perform research on various legal issues and document all research to edit all government affair communications.

Qualifications



Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration field or a similar degree in the same area of responsibility from a reputable university.

Technical Skills/Soft Skills/Individual Competence/Language Skills:



• Knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint-Excel-Word).
• Soft skills/individual competence.
• High communication and presentation skills.
• Problem solving and analysis.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
• Breaking down and analysing issues into functional points.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Mature judgment required to interact effectively with a broad range of people.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in the Arabic & English languages (German Language is a Plus).

Level of Experience:



2 - 5 years of experience in related fields is required.
