Job Description SummaryOversees CA function for NEMAG markets, acts as a high level expert to Policy & government affairs and communications functions, collaborating cross functionally with Country Directors to drive AZ Corporate Reputation.Job Description / CapsuleDevelop the Corporate Affairs strategy and oversees the broad and strategic partnership agenda with Government, national and supra-national external stakeholders engagement including the diplomats of relevant embassies, policy shaping both at TA and above brand levels, and the activation of impactful Comms channels for the cluster. The role acts as the high level senior expert to shape favourable and sustainable healthcare ecosystems.Typical AccountabilitiesOwn the strategy and the delivery of planned partnerships across the cluster, working closely with the Cluster President.Ensures there is an effective Corporate Affairs strategic capability within area of responsibilityMay own the most senior engagements with government and officials or lobbyists and all external communications forums & eventsLeads or offers expert support to improvement initiatives aimed at increasing the effectiveness or efficiency of one or more areas of the Corporate Affairs function, at the local, national or Cluster levelManages & support performance of GA & Comms professionals to ensure the function continues to operate smoothlyLeads policy shaping for above brand projects and prioritiesSupports policy shaping of TA mega projects that have complex external stakeholders involvement at cluster level and / or at national level in the key markets.Lead the existing and explore further strategic partnership initiatives e.g. Localization, MOUs, Declaration of CollaborationEstablish external Communications framework and plan to ensure proactive engagement with officials and media to build external corporate reputation.Offers appropriate training and development opportunities to build a pipeline of talented professionals capable of filling future vacancies.Requirements for Applicants:Above market experience /Diversified experience with several marketsProven experience & Track record with managing partnerships and mega projects with governments, officials, & lobbyistsExperience with leading policy shaping initiatives, and patients’ advocacy scope of work.Proven experience & Track record with managing partnerships and mega projects with government and officialsCommunications and/or Marketing experience is required.Specialty Care experience is a plusDate Posted24-ديسمبر-2024Closing Date30-ديسمبر-2024AstraZeneca embraces diversity and equality of opportunity.
