Responsibilities Control Governance Overlook agro underharvest control process at Owainat Farms and highlight issues with the Agro controllerPerform sudden audits and send report to agro controller Monitor and ensure accuracy of Farms cost allocation Ensure the accuracy of Farms Manufacturing Over Head (MOH) cost (accrual Vs actual & Actual Vs related agreements) Ensure the accuracy of cold store cost ( accrual Vs actual & Actual Vs contracts) Ensure the accuracy of potato transfer cost ( accrual Vs actual & Actual Vs contracts) Monitor the Monthly Agro KPIs ( Yield /Fadden, Actual Cost/Ton, Actual Cost vs. forecast, Cost element per ton) Per farm, In house Vs. supplier Cost). Facilitate solving the daily issues of the farms that is related to control or points having financial impact Ensuring that the outside cold stores are following the same storing procedures of cold stores within Chipsy(CFI) premises Ensure that counting procedures take place at farm and cold stores Ensure the accuracy of monthly rent contract reconciliation Ensure controls over the outside cold store Coordinating with other functions in terms of: - Lead remediation plans to close issues raised by Internal Audit reports. - Support the Agro controller in the Preparation of the monthly closing activity through sending status report “Accrual”. - Ensure with the farms manager and Agro Supply Chain manager closing all issues arising from all audit forums and provide monthly report to the Agro controller and OPS controller Monitor the implementation of the policies and procedures. This include the followings: - To know all the relevant Agro and finance policies in his location. - Making sure of the consistent application of these policies and provide monthly reports for any violations to the Agro manager and Operations (OPS) controller. To determine if there are any polices that needed to be updated and communicate such policies to the agro control and OPS controller . Ensuring the application of the inventory policies and procedures. Provide management monthly underharves cost variance analysis of commodities and follow-up on action plans. Audit & Compliance • Support both external and internal audit on related requests • Ensure business compliance with Statutory, Legal and Taxation requirements, PepsiCo corporate and local business policies & procedures, and ethical business practices Qualifications 0-1 years’ experience in operations. Leadership skills. Good analytical abilities Ability to work cross-functionally, cross-geographically and across multiple cultures Strong internal and external communicator, influencer, and negotiator. Ability to set and priorities short, mid and long term objectives. Bachelor of Accounting/Finance subject.
