Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Continuous Improvement Senior Engineer.
What will you do:
Process Improvement: Assist in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and product quality within our value chain processes. Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, utilizing tools such as Excel, Minitab and Power BI. Lean Methodologies: Support the application of Lean and Six Sigma principles to streamline processes and reduce waste. Project Support: Participate in continuous improvement projects, contributing to project planning, execution, and documentation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to align improvement initiatives with operational goals. Training Assistance: Help train team members on continuous improvement tools and methodologies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting: Assist in developing dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicate findings to stakeholders. Compliance and Safety: Support adherence to industry regulations and safety standards throughout improvement initiatives.

Technical Skills:
