Position Summary
Property Finder is seeking a skilled English Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing high-quality, informative and well-researched articles for our consumer blogs, ensuring content is both engaging and SEO-optimized.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and produce engaging and informative articles tailored for consumer blogs, ensuring alignment with Property Finder’s brand voice.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to source stories, gather insights and collect data, transforming these into compelling narratives that highlight our key partners.
- Research industry trends and analyze data to extract actionable insights, converting complex information into clear, digestible content.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure high standards of grammar, clarity, accuracy, and overall quality before publication.
- Collaborate with the design team to incorporate visual elements (images, infographics, videos) that complement written content.
- Regularly refresh and update website content to keep it current, relevant and aligned with market trends.
- Implement SEO best practices, including keyword research, optimizing headlines, meta descriptions, and integrating relevant keywords to drive organic traffic.
Desired Qualifications
- A degree in journalism or communications and 2 - 3 years of relevant experience, including a portfolio of published articles.
- Proven ability to edit and proofread content in English to maintain high quality before publication.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to source stories and gather insights from internal teams and external partners.
- Strong research skills with the ability to stay informed on the real estate market, analyze industry trends, and turn complex data into clear, digestible content.
- Experience with SEO practices, including keyword research and content optimization.
- Skilled in adapting content to align with brand voice and audience needs.
- Ability to work with design teams to integrate visuals like images, infographics, and videos.
- Experience with WordPress.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
