What You'll Do
● Onboarding & Support:
○ Welcome creators to our platform
through engaging onboarding
calls.
○ Gather and record valuable client
feedback to continuously improve
our services.
○ Serve as the main point of
contact for creators and clients,
addressing their inquiries and
concerns promptly and
effectively.
● Campaign Management:
○ Review campaign briefs,
identifying any ambiguities
requiring client clarification.
○ Clearly explain prepayment
invoices for cash incentives to
clients.
○ Collaborate with the Creator
Manager to define creator
matches for each campaign.
○ Monitor ongoing campaigns,
proactively addressing any
performance issues.
○ Manage the SLAs dashboard,
ensuring all client expectations
are met.
○ Connect with clients after their
first creator post, celebrating this
milestone.
○ Analyze the client lifecycle
dashboard daily to track client
progress.
● Process & Knowledge
Building:
○ Develop and implement
well-defined Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs) for the
operations team.
○ Build a comprehensive
knowledge base by recording and
organizing frequently asked
questions (FAQs).
○ Escalate any unforeseen issues
to the team for collaborative
resolution.
● Creator Relations:
○ Proactively reach out to creators,
reminding them of appointments
and client briefs.
○ Follow up with creators on
campaigns, requesting
performance screenshots.
○ Generate reports summarizing
creator activity.
○ Engage inactive creators,
identifying reasons for their
inactivity and flagging them to the
Creator Manager.
○ Manage inbound chats received
through WhatsApp Business.
● Campaign Support:
○ Identify and address any issues
with QR code redemption within
campaigns.
○ Assist the team with fulfilling
basic matching requirements as
the number of creator
collaborations grows.
