Role Objectives
The Content Lead will oversee and manage marketing content across all business units and sub-brands, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic objectives. This role involves optimizing content for engagement, SEO performance, and consistency while driving content strategy and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage marketing content across all business units and sub-brands, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand messaging and guidelines.
Manage a team of content writers, assess their performance, provide feedback, and ensure continuous development.
Collaborate closely with marketing, and creative design teams to develop, maintain, and update marketing content for campaigns, social media, websites, and other promotional materials.
Ensure all marketing content is optimized for both user engagement and search engine performance (SEO), following best practices for organic visibility and conversion.
Conduct regular audits of marketing content to ensure it meets high-quality standards and remains aligned with business goals, brand voice, and customer expectations.
Proofread, edit, and enhance all marketing content—ranging from website copy and social media posts to email newsletters and promotional materials—to ensure error-free, compelling, and on-brand messaging.
Analyze marketing content performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and internal reporting dashboards to generate insights and identify areas for improvement.
Provide regular reporting on the performance of marketing content, identifying content trends, key metrics, and actionable recommendations for ongoing content strategy refinement.
Establish and enforce content quality standards across all marketing channels and collaborate with content teams to ensure they are consistently met.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, content strategies, and SEO practices to continually enhance content effectiveness and user experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS
A minimum of 4 years of experience managing marketing content across various channels (websites, social media, email, etc.)
Proficient in content performance analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
Fluency in both EN and AR to be able to handle content in both channels.
Able to write press releases, customer facing messages and ability to handle crisis communicates that represent brand tone of voice and ensure/maintain brand equity.
Has the experience and ability to develop scripts for videos.
Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques for driving organic traffic and improving content visibility.
Excellent proofreading, editing, and writing skills, with a focus on creating clear, concise, and compelling content.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high content quality standards across multiple business units and sub-brands.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a focus on quality and strategy.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and product teams.
