Prepare presentation materials for buildings (2D & 3D renders).
Conduct and develop Architectural designs and presentations.
Prepare Architectural drawings for various types of residential buildings as well as commercial and leisure facilities and Master planning.
Participate in preparing calculations for initial Architectural area analysis for Projects.
Review construction documents and drawings to ensure the design criteria and requirements are met throughout the construction process.
Coordinate project details.
Review client modifications to ensure each project’s overall design standards follow the company’s policies, standards, and regulations.
Conduct area analysis and contract data forms to accelerate the process of client modifications efficiently.
Set a list of guidelines and optimum design requirements to act as a guidebook for future designs to maintain standardization.
Offer flexible varieties in design to adapt to different scenarios and applications.
