CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
Level 3: the post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs; or are visiting the country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Project Implementation
· Co-train the community health workers and other stakeholders on health promotion methodologies and topics especially; Nutrition, NCDs, reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health RMNCH
· Implement health and nutrition promotion sessions for refugees, migrants, and host communities.
· Oversee the community screening of children to detect malnutrition and ensure adequate referrals to medical service providers when needed
Reporting and documentation
· Regular reporting to the Health Officer.
· Enter monthly data for service utilization in the project database.
· Record CHWs supervision visit reports and update the database.
· Draft concise, useful, analytical reports, case studies, and other documents as needed.
· Participate in planning and developing future programming initiatives.
· Ensure that partner NGO is implementing the activities as planned promptly with high quality.
