·Upskilling Pricing Competencies
Key Tasks
·Set & Align on Pricing Strategy with Clusters & Zone Pricing teams
·Simulate & forecast Minimum DP Requirements including coordination and alignment with involved stakeholders within zone/clusters/IO/global pricing, and cross functionally with Finance & Marketing
·Provide governance, processes, tools & dashboards for countries to ensure pricing process is executed and monitored effectively and pricing targets are achieved (DP, DV, GM & SPA)
·Manage pricing corridor across MEA according to global guidelines & utilizing designated tools & dashboards
·Responsible for analyzing pricing levels across countries/zones with action plan development
·Lead pricing digitization by implementing authorized zone/global pricing tools
·Lead Commercial Policy transformation projects in country together with global pricing team & country pricing team
·Act as Consultant to transformed countries for Commercial Policy Refreshment Projects
·Lead revision of the Pricing framework (List Price setting, discount matrix, Commercial Policy updates..) within countries and provide guidance for execution in local systems & platforms
·Drive commercial compliance by implementing standard contract templates across MEA and support in CLM deployment for contract lifecycle management
·Implement updates in global commercial policy guidelines and ensure that forbidden practices are discontinued within countries, including as-is assessment, gap identification, handshake on corrective actions and execution timelines
·Continuous development for pricing competencies across zone/cluster teams through refresher training sessions & webinars
About You
Education:
·Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Power Engineering
·Certified Pricing Professional Certificate is nice to have
Experience:
·Experience in Pricing, & Finance with hands-on experience in data & digital transformation
·Marketing Knowledge with channel background
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is a must

·Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in collaborating with pricing, sales, marketing, finance, and global teams
