Commercial Leasing Manager
Job Description
Raya Smart Buildings - subsidiary from Raya holding for financial investments - is hiring for Leasing Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of commercial, food and beverage (F&B), and office spaces within the designated properties. The role involves developing and implementing leasing strategies to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy targets for commercial, F&B, and office spaces.
2. Identify potential tenants and negotiate lease agreements to ensure favorable terms for the company.
3. Collaborate with marketing to promote available spaces and attract potential tenants.
4. Manage lease administration including lease renewals, rent collection, and resolving tenant issues.
5. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders in the leasing process.
7. Prepare reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and financial performance of properties.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, particularly in F&B and office spaces
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of leasing laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet leasing targets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using leasing and property management software.
