Are you passionate about driving business growth and developing strong client relationships? Inspire Communication is looking for a Commercial Lead to join our dynamic team and help us expand our footprint in the retail and exhibition sectors.

As a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, managing the entire sales process, and collaborating with our internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.

• Drive business development efforts by reaching out to potential clients in the retail and events sectors.
• Lead sales strategies and manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Work closely with our account managers and design/production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing client support.

• Experience: 5+ years in sales, business development, or commercial roles (preferably in interior design, retail, or events).
• Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of design processes for retail environments and exhibition booths.
• Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally with design, project management, and production teams.
• Drive: Passionate about achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client service.
