Identify risks and improvement areas through live/desk monitoring.
Deliver actionable insights from monitoring activities.
Define scope of national and international regulatory requirements.
Oversee adherence to regulations, policies, and industry standards.
Monitor and audit promotional activities for compliance.
Provide compliance training to the Commercial Team.
Implement strategies to maintain a culture of compliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. An advanced degree or certification in Compliance is preferred. 3-4 years of experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in spoken & written English is required. Analytical skills and attention to detail. - Innovative and flexible. Teamwork with effective communication.
