We have
an opportunity for a Collections Analyst. As a Collections Analyst here at Honeywell, you
will play a crucial role in managing the collections process and optimizing
cash flow for the company. You will be responsible for analyzing customer
payment trends, developing strategies to reduce delinquency rates, and
resolving customer disputes related to collections. Your expertise in
collections management and strong analytical skills will contribute to
maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring timely collection of
outstanding accounts receivable.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep updated records of active LC’s in the customers’
accounts on our ERPs
- Stay in constant contact with field operations teams and
the Corp Treasury team to expedite requirements to successfully establish LC’s
- Analyzing customer payment trends and developing action plans to address any
issues
- Leading and managing the collections process to ensure timely and
accurate collection of outstanding accounts receivable
- Collaborating with
cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and escalations
You Must Have
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections, credit, or
accounts receivable management
- Bank Liaising for collections
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation
skills

- Bachelor’s
degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Understanding tax
implications of a multinational company
- Demonstrated ability to deliver
complex solutions without supervision
- Effective verbal and written
communication skills • Proven track record of people management
