Your role:
- Supports customers in using (software) applications and solutions to the optimum extend.
- Provides comprehensive training for using applications and solution focused on specific customer demand.
- Configures software applications to meet customer needs.
- Communicating and accept all operative requests from the Customer Care Center or designated dispatch team.
- Escalate incidents according to the defined parameters.
- Ensure the proper use of tool & test equipment.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory workflows and diagnostic efficiency through effective technology utilization.
- Comply to national and local regulations and safety standards, as well as technical and operational guidelines from Siemens Healthcare.
- Maintain highest customer satisfaction, within the framework of Siemens Healthcare, Customer Services.
- Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with laboratory staff and address their needs with a focus on achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Strong foundation in laboratory basics: This includes a thorough understanding of laboratory operations, processes, and measurement technologies.
- Quality Management oriented Proficiency in the quality control and quality assurance principles essential for clinical laboratory operations.
- Broad knowledge of Clinical Laboratory Technologies: Familiarity with the main concepts and applications of various laboratory technologies, including immunology, chemistry, hematology, and hemostasis
Your expertise and qualifications:
- Qualification in Medical technology/science or equivalent from a reputable University
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the In-Vitro Diagnostics Industry or Laboratory environment
- Strong understanding of In-Vitro Diagnostics and their applications.
- Strong level of written and spoken English communication
