Client Solutions Manager
Cairo, Egypt Operations – Connect / Full time / Hybrid + Advise, consult and improve organizational effectiveness
+ Deliver intermediate reports and/or final campaign reports for invoicing
+ Assist with strategies and process for new advertising opportunities and new products/emerging media
+ Create business analysis and reports to monitor awareness and direct response campaign effectiveness
+ Act as an expert platform-specific solutions, proactively find & offer solutions for advertisers & agencies to reach their business goals
+ Manage campaign delivery processes and reporting on your own or by setting tasks to external partner teams
+ Work closely with cross-functional project teams to maintain continuous product knowledge
+ Manage existing business customer relationships, onboarding new strategic business clients, from the introduction of features to assisting with campaign creation and optimization
+ Provide regular proactive two-way communication between clients and teams, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
+ Resolve client issues in an efficient, tactful manner, contributing to implementing solutions that prevent future problems
Requirements
+ Account management is preferrable.
+ Min 3 to 5 years of experience
+ Social Media platforms experience ( Meta /Google/Snapchat/ TikTok/ YouTube...etc).
+ Google Search/ Google Display experience and certification is a plus
+ Programmatic experience is a plus
+ Language: Arabic & English as for French language is preferable.
+ Proven experience of managing multiple performance campaigns and optimizing results
+ Deep understanding of website tracking and pixel implementation for performance measurement
