Job Context:Chief Human Resources Officer guides and manages the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire company. In addition to giving direction and leadership towards the achievement of the organization's philosophy, mission, strategy, and our annual goals and objectives.


Job Location: 6th of October City


Key Accountabilities
  • Provide overall leadership to the Management team for all organization & people related manners.
  • Lead the formulation of the corporate's organizational strategy with EXCOM members as part of the overall corporate strategy.
  • Communicate and enforce organization values, strategies and objectives.
  • Promote, safeguard and enforce the corporate culture through implementing various communication and value deployment programs.
  • Lead companywide change programs.
  • Ensure the Human Resources department serves the business as a best-in-class support function through candidate and employees lifecycles in all programs, products and services delivered to people.
  • Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
  • Provide Leadership in making an organization fit for purpose, ensuring capability of its component units and long term succession.
  • Define and overlook a sustainable talent acquisition and recruitment strategies that meets the organization objectives and overlooking the talent acquisition plan.
  • Design and Direct the implementation of Talent Management and Leadership Capability Building strategies to strengthen the human capital structure and retain talents through various activities (coaching, development programs, career tracks, training academies).
  • Build necessary innovation capabilities and ensure its capillarity across different departments and organizational layers.
  • Capitalize on organizational design and development tools to ensure a fit-for-purpose operating model and agility across all organizational elements.
  • Create company strategic training and organizational development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs.
  • Promote the design and review of workplace and people policies and procedures, in order to ensure fair and equal practice across-board.
  • Develop the corporate Code of Conduct & related policies and deploy the associated implementation programs to sustain business integrity as a foundational component of the corporate culture in dealing with all kinds of stakeholders via all types of business transactions.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for the department and perform periodic cost and productivity analysis to ensure business plan compliance.
  • Manage the HR Automation process to enhance efficiency in terms of time, cost, and accuracy of information.
  • Ensure overall compliance to Egypt employment law through all the Business practice and HR processes and anticipate impact of any regulation or legal changes could have on the business.
  • Ensure that the right decisions are taken for the people and the business with regards redundancy, dismissals, and avoids or mitigates business exposure to legal risk by complying with the law and applying of the company wide best practice.
  • Oversee all administration activities (fleet, Head office maintenance, Head office cleaning, etc)
  • Accountable for the end-to-end compensation cycle.
  • Oversee the design and development of compensation strategy and programs to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive remuneration levels.
  • Develop and deploy reward & recognition programs to promote culture of values, productivity and excellence.
  • Design employee wellness programs to strike a healthy work-life balance § Evaluate and recommend improvements to benefit programs.
  • Formulate & carry out Employee Stock Option Programs (ESOP) (including the fulfilment of all necessary regulatory requirements for purposes of capital increase and stock market approvals) to ensure retention of key positions, calibers and create a stake in the corporate’s long term shareholder value.
  • Oversee the development of the corporate overall strategic internal communications programs.
  • Create & Manager different Internal Communication channels including and not limited to (company intranet, Quarterly newsletter and organizational announcements).
  • Carry out periodical employee engagement & culture surveys and ensure the integration of results with people plans.
  • Work in collaboration with other departments (Commercial and Public Relations) to devise project specific programs.
  • Oversee uniformity and alignment of internal communications.
  • Lead the development of all major company events, such as annual strategy forums and social events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor degree in any relevant discipline.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources or MBA and ten years of experience in a senior-level Human Resource position.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • 15 to 20 years of experience
  • Specific skills, knowledge and behavior required for the job.
  • English and Arabic professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
  • Excellent Business acumen and cross functional knowledge.
