A multinational company is seeking a visionary leader with 17 to 25 years of extensive experience in the Telecommunication or Media production industries.Proven track record in driving strategic and commerical growth, fostering innovation, and ensuring operational excellence


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Vision: The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing a forward-thinking strategic vision that aligns with the company's goals and objectives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, defining long-term goals, and adapting strategies to meet evolving market demands.
  •  Leadership: As the primary decision-maker and leader of the organization, the CEO will inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence. Creating a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering collaboration, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement are essential aspects of this role.
  • Financial Management: The CEO will oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Working closely with the CFO, the CEO will ensure financial sustainability and drive profitability through sound fiscal management strategies.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, board members, employees, customers, and partners, is a critical aspect of the CEO role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape is essential for the CEO to make informed decisions and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry and the ability to anticipate and respond to changes effectively.

  • Strong strategic & commercial planning and decision-making skills
