About the role
Four Seasons Hotel Cairo AT The First Residence, you role in the business will require the following:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills & ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
- Solid organizational skills, with ability to multitask, and excellent attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of social events business with an emphasis on local weddings.
What you will do
- Maintain a cooperative working relationship with other departments particularly those with mutual guest contact.
- Assist in the preparation of reports as required by the Catering Director and Director of Sales and Marketing.
- The ability to oversee the coordination of various department's activities related to booked business to ensure customer satisfaction and hotel profitability.
- The ability to conduct and/or attend meetings to maintain favorable working relationships among employees and to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency.
What you bring
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the required languages).
- (4) year college/university degree (or equivalent).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same position or 1-3 years’ experience within catering sales department
All experience must be in a multinational 5 stars hotel company. - Sound business ethic, and proven track record in Sales and Business Development
- Working knowledge of computer spreadsheets (Lotus or Excel), word processing (Word or Word Perfect), and PowerPoint

Schedule & Hours:
• Full Time, while it is expected to be worked early mornings, days, evenings, overnights, or weekends.
