Call Center Senior Specialist

One of our client in Call center industry is seeking to hireSenior Call Center Specialistfor premium accounts :

Job Description:

• Handling escalations for premium clients.
• Managing a small team of call center agents focusing on VIP cases.
• Ensuring top-level service for high- value clients.
• Coordinating with different departments for seamless customer service.
• Selling High Packages only for elite customers

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as the same position.
• Must be Fluent English in both verbal and writing

Work Conditions :

• Work location : Maadi
• Working hours : Rotational Shifts (40 hours per week)

Night Shift (should be flexible for night shifts)

2 days off per week (rotational)
