THE JOB:
As a Busperson at Tender Steakhouse, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, and ensuring exceptional guest service. With a focus on professionalism and attention to detail, you will help create a welcoming atmosphere that complements our high-end dining experience.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.2186
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Set up tables with polished flatware, glassware, fresh linens, and condiments. Clear, clean, and sanitize tables, including chairs and booths, then reset promptly. Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, to our guests refilling as needed. Assist servers with pre-bussing tables and maintaining an organized dining room. Maintain cleanliness of floors and service areas, ensuring no debris remains. Prepare pre-service items such as filling ice bins and cutting lemons. Communicate with hosts, servers, and management to manage table turnover effectively. Support large events and busy convention periods with professionalism.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age or older. Effective communication skills.
