Business Value Partner (Key Account Manager) - Cairo

In response to these evolving stakeholder needs, we are seeking a dedicated Business Value Partner (BVP) to work closely with healthcare institutions and accounts.
As a locally embedded partner, the Business Value Partner (BVP) will tackle systemic hurdles and navigate complex processes within a defined ecosystem. This role is pivotal in identifying shared purpose and value, co-creating unconventional solutions, and implementing them collaboratively across ecosystems, ultimately impacting outcomes for thousands of patients.

Your Impact
Key Accounts Management Responsibilities
Facilitate access to innovative medicines in Major Key Accounts.
Manage the Roche portfolio across various ecosystems within the accounts.
Engage operational stakeholders (hospital heads, pharmacists, purchasing, etc.) for effective customer management.
Map the patient journey across disease areas to enhance the patient experience.
Understand ordering processes and identify key stakeholders to address treatment availability challenges.
Collaborate with HSP/PJP to remove roadblocks and improve the purchasing process.
Identify gaps in the patient journey and design solutions with the PPOC.
Monitor stock levels and drive supply management processes, including financial cycle oversight and claims support.
Data Enablement
Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide data and insights to PPOCs across all disease areas.
Deliver quarterly/monthly market analysis and competitive insights.
Ensure sustainable supply through short-term forecasting with the supply chain team.
PSP & Tender Management
Manage tender processes for non-UPA accounts with the supply chain team.
Oversee PSP implementation within accounts and support logistics for retail pharmacies as needed.
Who you are
You hold a university degree in pharmaceutical sciences and have a deep understanding of institutional and internal processes
You have demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 to 2 years as Key Account Manager
You possess a solid understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and governance
You possess an entrepreneurial mindset with strong partnering skills, enabling effective listening and communication
You have a growth mindset, eager to learn, unlearn, and contribute to knowledge sharing within Roche
You demonstrate integrity through open, honest, and ethical interactions
You leverage internal networks with an enabler mindset to create and scale value
You excel in stakeholder engagement and have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
You have strong business acumen, particularly in commercialization and customer experience, and are adept at using digital tools.
