Rawaj-HCM, a leading player in the Human Capital Management sector, is actively seeking seasoned Business Development Specialists to contribute their expertise to impactful projects with our esteemed clients across the MENA region.


A Business Development Specialist will identify new opportunities and build strategic client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.


Key Accountabilities

The position involves:


  • Research and identify potential clients in the B2B service industry, including training, HR consultation, and recruitment, to expand the business pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals and presentations, articulating value propositions to meet client requirements effectively.
  • Manage the end-to-end business development process, including lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth through disciplined sales activities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are looking for:


  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a B2B service industry, preferably in training, HR consultation, or recruitment.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills, with a super sales personality and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Expertise in preparing compelling proposals and delivering impactful presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Demonstrated history of significant achievements in business development.
  • Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and committed to achieving goals.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, client engagement strategies, and business growth principles.
