The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, fostering strategic partnerships, and expanding market reach. This position demands a results-oriented professional with strong experience in business development, particularly in software sales, and a passion for technological innovation.
Responsibilities
Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities in key sectors: healthcare, industrial, automation, and software solutions.
Lead Generation: Develop and implement plans to attract and secure clients in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East, with a focus on software products and services.
Sales Strategy: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to software products and services to achieve revenue and market share goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring satisfaction with software solutions.
Negotiations: Prepare proposals, lead negotiations, and close high-value deals, particularly for software and engineering solutions.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience: At least 5 years of proven success in business development or sales, ideally in the software, healthcare, industrial, or automation sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with relevant industry trends, particularly in software solutions and regulatory landscapes.
Skills:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong technical knowledge of software products and their applications in healthcare, industrial, and automation sectors. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
