Receive, Filter, and arrange potential partners identify sales prospects and contact them. Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, and stakeholders to secure funding and partnerships for construction developments. Lead business negotiations for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships with private and public sector entities. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and financial models to potential clients and investors. Research competitors, Handel Client's needs and aware of market trends acting as a landmark of contact with the company's customers Translating client's needs into business needs Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to evaluate the technical aspects of potential projects.
