Our partner network covers MEA region with international access to messaging hubs worldwide and our clients include major banks, credit cards, digital payments, OTT applications, government authorities, health and education, and other industry verticals.


The Business Development manager (individual contributor) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities (SAAS, CPaaS) by developing and executing effective acquisition strategies. The role involves managing the entire acquisition process from initial prospect identification, through the negotiation and due diligence phase, to closing the deal.


The key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to drive customer growth and meet acquisition targets.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to create a hit list to be hunted in the Egyptian market.
  • Identify target customer segments and tailor acquisition strategies to effectively reach them.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize acquisition campaigns.
  • Utilize various channels such as digital marketing, advertising, and partnerships to acquire new customers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track acquisition performance and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to support acquisition efforts.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on acquisition performance for management review.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer acquisition.
