Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the architecture and construction sectors.
Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Prepare and Present Proposals: Create compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our firm's value proposition and design capabilities.
Collaborate with Design Teams: Work closely with our architects and design teams to ensure that client needs and project requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies.
Lead Negotiations and Contracts: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and manage the contracting process to ensure a successful agreement.
Reporting and Strategy: Track and report on business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the architecture or construction industry.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and industry trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
