A multi-national company in the Alcoholic Beverages Industry is seeking a Business Analyst for Hyper Automation that will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, and implementing effective solutions across various teams and functions within the organization. This regional role will collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive efficiency, improve service delivery, and enhance customer experiences through automation technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and document existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for automation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder requirements and elicit feedback.
  • Research and evaluate automation tools, technologies, and methodologies to determine the best fit for the organization.
  • Design process flows, use cases, and workflows to guide the development of automation solutions.
  • Support the implementation of automation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of automation initiatives on business performance and user experience.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and optimization through automation.
  • Provide training and support to teams on newly implemented automation solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation projects.
  • Strong understanding of hyper automation concepts and tools (e.g., RPA, AI, ML).
  • Proven experience in process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as necessary.
