• Contribute to the analysis and forecasting of revenue and ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and gather relevant business data.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Propose process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Work with IT/data teams and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals. (TBC)
• Communicate findings & recommendations to stakeholders and management.
• Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions. (TBC)
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility.
• Correlating Performance KPIs with Financial KPIs to see how these KPIs affect us financially.
• Conducting analysis to compare actual financial performance with budgeted figures, highlighting any deviations and potential causes resulting from difference in Functional KPIs.
• Assist in generating, monitoring and flagging key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights to improve overall performance.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
• 0-2 Year of experience in relevant field
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, engineering or a related field.
• SQL and Excel proficiency
• Financial background is a plus
• Understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies
• Experience with statistical analysis and financial forecasting is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
