Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting decision-making processes. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth, optimize investments, and enhance operational efficiency.
Market Research & Business Insights:
  • Conduct detailed market research to assess industry trends, market dynamics, and growth opportunities.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies, market positioning, and financial performance.
  • Identify emerging risks and opportunities in existing and potential markets.

Investment & Financial Analysis:
  • Develop financial models to evaluate potential investments, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and return-on-investment (ROI) assessments for proposed projects.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and provide recommendations for optimization.

Strategic Planning Support:
  • Collaborate with senior management to define business goals, develop strategies, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work on business case development for strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, marketing) to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
  • Present recommendations and insights to senior management, board members, and other stakeholders.
  • Build relationships with external partners, consultants, and vendors to facilitate project delivery.

Risk Assessment & Compliance:
  • Identify and assess potential risks associated with investments, partnerships, or strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, financial, and regulatory frameworks in all analyses and proposals.

Documentation and Reporting:
  • Prepare detailed business analysis reports, including SWOT analysis, financial forecasts, and feasibility studies.
  • Maintain and update documentation of business processes, workflows, and project outcomes.
  • Develop case studies and post-project evaluations to enhance organizational knowledge.

Requirements
Education & Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a holding, investment, or consulting firm.

Other:
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong ability to interpret and communicate complex data.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
