Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will play a vital role in understanding, analyzing, and documenting the business needs and requirements of our clients. Your responsibilities include:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders
• Analyzing business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement
• Creating detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, and use cases
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure effective implementation of requirements
• Participating in testing activities to validate the functionality and usability of the solutions
• Assisting in the development of training materials and providing support during user training sessions
• Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Functional Consultant in Odoo Financials, CRM, Sales, Procurement, Project Management, Marketing, Task Management, e-commerce. (2-3)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in the IT industry is preferred
