Innovitics is now hiring for a Business Analyst to join its fast-growing team. The ideal candidate is always looking for ways to improve a product or service to make it better, faster, and more user-friendly. You will be responsible for producing technology solutions from concept to delivery that satisfy customer needs in alignment with our overall strategy. Responsibilities:
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Recommend solutions and optimizations that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Analyze and translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirement specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible for team members and stakeholders.
Participate in system design discussions to ensure that proposed solutions meet business needs.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business analysis or similar role, preferably in a software development or IT environment.
Familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Visio).
Knowledge of software development processes and life cycles.
Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
Excellent Interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in requirements gathering and documentation.
