Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to gather and document detailed
requirements covering +ve and -ve scenarios.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and competitive landscape in KSA.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for the technical teams.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly digital channels and application interfaces (including
wireframes and UI/UX).
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and validate that the delivered solutions meet business
requirements.
• Lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings, driving continuous improvement in the development process.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and drive ongoing optimization of
Digital solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 8 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, with a proven track record of successfully delivering Digital solutions in the telecom industry.
• Extensive knowledge of the telecom market in Saudi Arabia, including key players, regulatory environment, and market
trends.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable plans and user stories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and
influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments (Scrum, Spotify &
Safe)
• Project management certification (e.g., Scrum, Safe) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a must and preferred in Arabic.
• Experience working with international teams or in multicultural environments covering different geographics
