Budget Controller

• Monitor, control, and analyze the organization's budget to ensure adherence to financial goals and maintain budgetary discipline across all departments.
• Prepare reports for management to provide senior management with insights on financial performance to support decision-making.
• Collect financial data and prepare budget reports to ensure accurate, up-to-date financial information is readily available for analysis and reporting.
• Review financial performance to identify and address variances between actual and budgeted performance, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Work Closely with departments to ensure compliance with budgetary limits to foster collaboration across departments, ensuring expenditures stay within allocated budgets.
• Assist with financial reporting to support accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  
• 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, financial analysis, or accounting.
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong knowledge of financial principles.
  
• Professional qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
  
• Budgeting expertise, and financial modeling proficiency.
