Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

More about this role
This role is part of regional Equity & Innovation marketing organization within Mondelez International MENAP (Middle East, North Africa & Pakistan) region. It is for Beverages & Meals category (Tang & Philadelphia as 2 key brands) focused on priority markets – KSA & Gulf (GCC), Pakistan and Egypt, reporting to the GCBM E&I regional lead.
What you need to know about this position:
- Lead, develop and drive regional multi-year equity & innovation agenda that aligns with brand growth strategy for the key brands responsible for.
- In partnership with local marketing teams, you will define and deliver plans on core brand equity communication and to strengthen brand portfolio through innovation and renovation.
- Work cross-functionally with peer internal workgroups and in partnership with creative & media agencies to deliver brand campaigns and innovation strategy that drive sustainable growth & brand equity.
- Act as key point of contact for leading alignment of cross-regional and cross-market priorities, and resource allocation for innovation and big bet development.
- Manage the process of identifying innovation opportunities from pre-launch of business proposition to bringing successful innovation into market, in addition to helping develop brand strategy & working on communication campaigns.
- Partner with and influence creative and media agencies to drive breakthrough communication strategy.
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Job specific requirements:
- 3 to 5 years of Consumer marketing, brand-building and/or brand-activation experience.
- Ability to manage multi-brand / multi-country.
- Consumer Centric, with a digital first mindset.
- Effective communication (verbal and writing), and strong presentation skills.
- Strong leadership to influence direct teams and core stakeholders, especially remotely.
- Ability to work cross-functionally across internal & external stakeholders and multi-functions.
- Analytical and creative skills - a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
