Introduction to role:
Join our Biologic Franchise as a Brand Manager and take ownership, step up and innovate in a company that’s growing at pace. This role is responsible for managing a product/ line of products in terms of developing and implementing general strategy, in addition to publications, conventions, budgeting and general positioning of the product/ line of products. ​
Accountabilities:
As a Brand Manager, you will lead in a matrix environment, identify market, and brand opportunities across customers and channels, deliver results through management and implementation of brand marketing projects, ensure that all strategy is underpinned by consumer research, and build effective collaboration with other members of the Pharma Sales & Marketing leadership team. ​
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 Years Marketing Experience ​ in a Multinational Company

My role right now as we build out our anifrolumab sales team is really selling AstraZeneca. We have a lot of talented people raising their hand, asking to join this sales team for good reason. We have a great product that will ultimately help patients but more than that, we have a great company and a great company culture that every candidate that I talked to when they do their research, they always come back and say, I've heard nothing but great things. As a new employee myself, I can attest to that fact, I talked to three or four people that I have a lot of respect for that are now at AstraZeneca before I joined the company. And again, heard nothing but good things and two months in, I can definitely attest that that was all factual as well. So really, really great opportunity for us to grow our business, bring in talented people who share our mission and share our vision. And when I tell people our core vision and core mission statement, they're very relieved to hear that because so many good people out there want to work for a company like AstraZeneca, one that they can be proud of and one that they will work incredibly hard for.
