The Branch Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of a retail branch within the FMCG sector. Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
  3. Manage and train branch staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer service.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock.

  6. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  7. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

  9. Promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff.
