Summary
-Provide expert advice to superiors on BPA as well as insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to management team. Provide financial and administrative support to a country, unit or function organizations, regarding financial planning and analysis.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Financial Planning & Analysis to join our team. This role plays a key part in driving financial performance by providing data-driven insights, financial planning, and strategic decision support.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning in a manufacturing industry.

Performance Analysis: Analyze financial results, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
•
Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including dashboards and KPI summaries.
•
Strategic Support: Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational strategies.
•
Cost Management: Monitor expenses, identify areas for cost savings, and support efficiency initiatives.
•
Ad-Hoc Projects: Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis, special projects, and decision-making support.
•
Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure adherence to corporate and country financial regulations and support internal and external audits.
Minimum Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 3 years of proven experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and reporting in manufacturing industry Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
