As aBIM Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of the organization by managing BIM execution from LOD 100 to LOD 500, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. The role includes managing BIM standards, supporting project coordination, and ensuring seamless integration of BIM processes across design and construction phases.


Key Accountabilities


  • Responsible for developing and implementing BIM workflow and driving standard usage of BIM and Revit within and outside the firm.
  • Support each project team by managing and creating content library files and templates, creating and enforcing standards, and evaluating project models.
  • Support project coordination, helping teams develop strategies for effective delivery of quality documents, and set up each project, ensuring correct initial setup.
  • Set up BIM standards aligned with international industry standards for implementation within the company and for external clients.
  • Establish procedures and processes to monitor and track BIM-related documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all shop drawings produced from models.
  • Facilitate the execution of coordination drawing and clash detection to attain a clash-free model.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil & Structural, or Architectural). Completion of an internationally recognized BIM course is an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, ideally in a managerial or coordinator role in residential, energy, water, or chemical plant construction or large-scale infrastructure design and construction projects in KSA or other GCC countries.
  • Competent in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, Synchro, and other BIM software.
  • Analytical and mathematical mindset, capable of evaluating and solving various complex problems.
  • Leadership skills necessary to manage and develop teamwork ethics.
  • Strong organizational competencies and project management skills to keep projects, processes, and engineering tasks on track.
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willing to work in a construction project site office in the Central and Western Region of KSA.
