NAOS Solutions seeks a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Contact Center department as a Customer Service English Account Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our English-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer inquiries
Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Requirements:
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Arabic with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
