Responsible for supporting the company’s bidding activity by providing bid management, proposal development and direct assistance to the different teams by ensuring that all transactions are handled in compliance according to the internal guidelines.
To support the Sales Team in registering Giza Systems as a qualified supplier at potential clients.
Assist the sales team to prepare an Opportunity Review Go / No-Go decision.
Preparing of a proposal schedule and related work agreements
Lead full bid management support.
Lead the review of the bid pipeline with CCO office.
Coordinate major projects during the bid process until handover for implementation.
Coordinate the commercial, legal and technical aspects to make viable customer proposals.
Leading proposal preparation in consultation with the Sales teams, finance, contracts and supply chain
Ensuring a high standard of proposal quality that it is competitive within the industry
Reporting on bid management plans and giving monthly status reports to senior management
Assisting the AMs during bidding and pricing spreadsheets and assisting the team with finance to produce the final proposal price sheets.
Managing the proposal text to meet and exceed corporate standards
Managing, in co-operation with the relevant LoB, the proposal production.
Interacting and communicating effectively with all internal and support external communication.
Work with Sales Team to develop and streamline processes to improve the bid function and interfaces with the rest of the Company.
Propose modification to the proposal process, where appropriate, to meet customers specific needs.
Bid management related training to sales staff where necessary on an ongoing basis.
