BI & SFE Manager GLS Job ID REQ-10040336 13/02/2025 Egypt Job Description Major accountabilities:

Business Intelligence:


Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to track key performance indicators and ensure the tools usage and adoption. Present actionable insights to senior management to support strategic decision-making. Provide forecasts and scenario analysis to anticipate market changes. Monitor competitor landscape and market data, providing actionable recommendations and opportunities for growth. Develop and maintain the BI tools and dashboards to facilitate the decision-making. Partnering with other department to ensure the effectiveness of the new launch excellence process. Manage IQVIA services and act as a single point of contact (budget, contract & invoices). Participate in country business review forum with the commercial leadership team providing the analytics and market insights. Cross functional collaboration with other department (Commercial, Medical, P&O, Finance, etc.…) for strategy alignment and deliver impactful results. Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather insights on market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape. Manage the internal research and surveys when needed. Ensure better governance by implementing process and policies and create the related SOPs. Support additional cluster & regional projects when needed.

SFE:


Lead field force target Setting process across all channels. Collect clean and analyze sales data to evaluate the field force performance via dashboard Monitor and track SFE KPIs (e.g., call frequency, territory coverage, etc….) Using data-driven insights to ensure optimal utilization of the resources Manage S&T process, field force sizing, territory design & deployment in alignment with commercial team.

What you’ll bring to the role:



Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals / Pharmacy, Statistics, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, SFE, market research, or sales excellence role in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong experience in data processing and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik & Alteryx). Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sales processes, KPIs, market dynamics and competitive landscapes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik & Alteryx ) and CRM platforms. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Very good command of English language.
