Position Summary:
The Beverage Solutions Operations Specialist performs Beverage Equipment (Trade Assets) Fleet management related processes and activities in an optimized manner. The Beverage Solutions Operations Specialist is responsible for data consolidation from all MENA countries, analysis and reporting at MENA level to the zone. In addition, the role is responsible to adapt information provided externally (e.g. training materials, service bulletins) to local needs (based on each country structure and wise ways of working) and to assure a proper communication to the stakeholders for data linked to the Beverage Equipment Fleet.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
Ensure Trade Asset Equipment Fleet Data Quality: Complete, correct, on time and consistent among different data bases and tools. Ensures that processes are in place for recording Trade Asset transactions (e.g. installations, removals, refurbishment) are recorded on time, completely and correctly in the according IT systems and continuously improve the processes. Publish Monthly Trade Asset Reports (dashboards) Ensure processes are in place for Work order creation for Technical Service activities like Installation, De-Installation, Preventive Maintenance, Refurbishment, Scrapping, Repair, etc. (if applicable) Adaptation of centrally developed materials to local needs (e.g. trainings, service bulletins, etc.) Implementation of given priorities. Track KPIs on regular basis and action when gaps are identified Provides improvement suggestions to the Trade Asset Operations Manager and works on the implementation of given priorities. Depending in the overall market set-up the role can be responsible for specific processes like I&R Proposals, Warranty Claim Management, Issue Management, etc.
Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Software or Communication) 3-5 years of experience in Data Science IT background Proficient in Excel Experience in data consolidation management and analysis IT project Management experience
