Qualifications:
● At least a high school graduate,
● At least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably at a reputable institution,
● Diplomas or certificates in facial, skin & body care beauty applications,
● Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Understanding),
● Understands human psychology,
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
● Able to understand the person's wishes correctly and provide the right service,
● Learning from mistakes,
● Clean and well-groomed,
● Confident, honest, patient and friendly,
● Able to quickly adapt to changing working conditions and show flexibility
● Competent in teamwork,
● Has the ability to work in harmony with the team in line with the goals of the center
Responsibilities:
● Face and body skin analysis,
● Skilfully applying beauty and body care treatments,
● Managing appointments,
● Welcoming guests with a smiling face,
● Keeping guest contact information and treatment records up to date,
● Advise on products and techniques according to guests' needs,
● Support cross-selling of beauty products and additional treatments where appropriate,
● Cleaning of all related areas and sterilization of equipment before and after the application,
● To have sufficient knowledge about the beauty treatments and beauty products used in the facility,
● Providing the necessary trainings and examinations on Occupational Health and Safety,
● Performing the duties deemed necessary in line with the instructions of his/her superior,
● To act in accordance with the sustainability policies of the facility, to fulfill the duties assigned in sustainability studies.
