Development of bancassurance proposition to support bank segment strategies to ensure overall profitability through increased penetration and superior customer experience through every customer touch point and will fully own the channel P&L
-Develop and refine bancassurance value proposition
-Identify product gaps & bundling opportunities with product team
-Identify process gaps with process owners to improve customer satisfactions.
-Ensure delivery of commercials objectives: Align & influence staffing and delivery channels with the segment target/plans, define right KPls, cross sell targets, penetration, collection, and training to achieve the segment objective.
-Create and identify key differentiators in value propositions and ensure clear communications to customers through all channels.
-Influence process improvement and adoption of superior technology to improve efficiencies.
-Develop product-specific marketing plans. Launch targeted marketing campaigns
