Collaborating with cross-functional global and regional teams, you implement brand strategy that is aligned with our brand vision to drive sustainable growth and to deliver business objectives. You also support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives, including new product development and platform opportunities
How you will contribute
You will work with others to execute the brand strategy for designated brands, develop product and packaging initiatives, implement pricing strategies, and plan and execute integrated marketing communication and media plans. You will also provide recommendations for integrated commercial plans and provide input and support in the development and execution of marketing plans to ensure they meet revenue, profit targets, sharing objectives and monitoring performance. Based on your strong understanding of consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you ill help develop integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What you need to know about this position:
- Own and develop brands strategy, profit and loss management and driving business growth through:
- Growing & sustaining brands Equity
- Developing and implementing consumer and trade activation plans including promotions and new launches
- Lead Idea to market process for key brand initiatives – packaging changes, PPA projects, productivity initiatives, promotions, new launches etc
- Partner closely with Category Planning &Analysis and Sales team to deliver the Business plan, review performance vs forecast and take corrective actions
- Drive excellence in Digital – media strategy & planning, creative execution, tech innovations
- Ensure adherence to media planning process & timelines, creation of strong media plans, discipline of regular reviews
- Close engagement with Creative agency, digital, media and BTL agencies
- Manage strong working relations with tech partners, , Agency Partners
- Partner with Regional teams on brand communication and new projects as needed
- Interpersonal Agility is a must : Involvement and Engagement with ecosystem
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing
Job specific requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing/sales
- Experience working with and successfully managing 3rd party agencies and strategic partners - Required
