Location: Cairo, EG Overview of the role: Back-office coordinates between Customers, Service Providers, Sales team and Resolution team to ensure last mile services and operations are handled, coordinated, tracked and fulfilled on time and effeciently. The role of the back office is also to assist the last mile group leader for KPI related reports.
