B2B Sales Supervisor



Job Description



Raya FMCG one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a B2B Sales Supervisor
Supervise and mentor a team of B2B sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets, maintain client relationships, and deliver exceptional service. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members to improve performance and skills. Assist in the development and implementation of B2B sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion objectives. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key B2B clients, Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and other business partners. Oversee client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, ensuring that performance goals and targets are met. Provide insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to help shape sales strategies. Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, promotions, and delivery timelines. Work with the sales manager to identify and explore new market opportunities, potential clients, and regions for business expansion especially with Factories

Skills



+ Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably within the FMCG industry.
+ Experience in managing or supervising a sales team, with a focus on B2B clients such as Factories, wholesalers, distributors, and business partners.
+ Proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing client relationships, and leading successful sales teams.
+ Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
+ In-depth understanding of the FMCG industry, including market trends, distribution models, and key players.
+ Strong problem-solving skills.
